NREMT to Retire "Traditional Model" of Continuing Education Requirements

22 September 2018

The National Registry of EMTs is retiring their “traditional” continuing education process for recertification and fully replacing it with its newer “National Continued Competency Program (NCCP)” model. This change will effect EMS providers at every level. CSUtest.com is CAPCE accredited and a provider of Distributive Education (known as F3) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training - VILT (also known as F5). The quantity of Distributive Education (F3) CEUs is limited. Just over half of the needed CE can be earned in the csutest.com online CE platform. Our VILT (F5) courses are taught live and count as classroom education for NREMT recertification and therefore CEUs earned through our VILT courses is not limited. Individual state rules also apply. For specific information on the recertification process for your certification level Please click the appropriate link to the NREMT website.
