Trainer tip of the day: Downsizing portions is nothing new if you’re trying to lose weight, but it can leave you with extra space on your plate that can be put to good use. Try filling that space with vegetables and reducing starchy carbs like pasta and potatoes. This saves calories, helps you feel fuller longer, and adds plenty of key vitamins and minerals.
