Trainer tip of the day: with summer here and fresh fruits available, try making your own pasta sauce, fruit yogurt and salad dressings. These normally store bought items are an easy thing to make on your own to reduce the amount of sugar. Add fruit to plain Greek yogurt, using Dijon and a bit of honey in a salad dressing and fresh tomatoes in your pasta sauce to create some healthy fixes.
