Trainer tip of the day: though our sleep patterns change as we age (less deep sleep, difficulty falling and staying asleep), we actually need as much sleep as we always did, about 7-8 hours nightly. A pre bedtime routine that emphasizes downtime, no electronic devices and not eating right before bedtime is key.
